Winchester Knife

I have this Winchester knife, actually got it in the knife trade gig on here, anyway - all it says on one blade is "Stainless Steel" - is this a Winchester, USA or China, or what is the deal with it - looks old. I think my question is mostly for knowledge in case I run across another similar marked knife.
