All About Pocket Knives

With all that has been going on in my life lately and the pain and hardships of family members and what many of you have shared I just felt lead to write and share a prayer this morning. A talk with our Heavenly Father every morning just seems to make the rest of the day brighter.

Heavenly Father this morning I ask for Your forgiveness for my shortcomings and how I have failed You. Dear Lord cleanse my heart that I might have greater clarity in what Your plan is for me. Lord there just seems to have been a lot of sorrow and pain around me with friends and family here and those online. Father I just want to lift them up to you this morning asking for Your comforting hand on all of us and the reassurance from the Holy Spirit that You are still in control. Make it clear to us that no matter what comes our way in life we can rely on Your word and Your promises of a better life and a better world to come. Father guide us and may we be about Your business sharing Your word and bringing others to salvation through Jesus Christ, it’s in His holy name I pray. Amen.

Imagine. A man having heart surgery then having the strength and courage to lead the prayer charge because of the hardships other people are having. You're a stalwart example of strength through faith good sir. Very glad you are in good health and good spirits.
