The Case 093 pattern “Toothpick” has always been a single clip blade, at least through the 1980s. I don’t keep up much with what Case has done since then.

The 095 pattern “Toothpick” had a single clip blade version and also a two-blade version with a clip master and a secondary fish scaler blade with a fish hook disgorger tip. There’s an 094 version “Tiny Toothpick”, smaller than the others, that has both one and two-blade versions with the two-blade version having the fish scaler secondary.
I’m not aware of a Case Toothpick having a spey secondary like a trapper. But as I said, I can’t vouch for the more recent offerings.

No, Case enver made one. I have never seen Shats like those. I never knew they made any like that. Do you know what year they were made?
