Top knife looks to be a German import. Bottom sure looks like an Ulery tool kit. Nice finds!

Yes these knives would all be German imports. I find it interesting that a 1906 envelope would advertise an “automobile “ knife.

I.....
It might be advertised as an "automobile" knife because it "might" have a PREST-O-LIGHT wrench or key.

You might try looking for the tool kit, that's on the back of the envelope, here:

Here is an Ulery tool kit with the same blades and pouch that sold from an AAPK store. Your envelope picture also shows to have the "PAT APPLIED FOR" wording on the pouch but in a straight line rather than the arch shown on the AAPK Ulery. I'd say the picture on the envelope is of an Ulery tool kit.

The “ automobile “ knife looks identical to the Ulster knife company knife I have , minus the bail . I’m away right now , these are the only pictures I have saved on my phone .

Yes, it has the corkscrew on the backside. I just don’t have a picture saved on my phone. It tucks in a little better than what the picture shows.

I didn't realize it, but the Ulery tool kit I pictured was sold from my AAPK store in 2017 or before for $65. I found the pic on a Google search and after looking at the picture the second time I knew it was a piece I had sold.
