Old Case xx Toothpick

Many years ago a friend who has long since past away gave me this old Case xx toothpick that was missing the blade. I think he said it was from the 60’s. I was in hopes to restore it and sent it back to case only to receive the knife back with a letter saying due to the age of the knife they did not have replacement parts and could not help.
I am not sure what happened to the shield but I can not find it for the life of me. Does anyone know where I might get this knife restored or would it cost more than it’s worth to repair. I would think a newer model toothpick blade would fit. It may take some hand fitting but I believe it can be done. As far as the pinned shield that may be harder to find than a blade. Any way have a great day everyone
