Its an older knife and feels cheap. Has anyone else heard of this company. I guess this is a melon tester.

It looks to be the same as yours. 5 1/8" closed.
It is a melon tester, although a longer one.
They are usually shorter as this stag covered Henckels which is 4 5/16" closed.
