I seem to only find carburetors on this search. Actually I can find some knives but not like this one. Comments please.

Nice old knife. Reminds me of a pen knife used for sharpening quill pens. Yes that writing instrument made of a Feather.

I think it is a Quill knife. Nice old survivor! Looks like Ebony handles to boot!!
