As I am sure you area all aware, Tom (bestgear) is selling Ivoryman's collection of knives for the benefit of Brian's family. I only saw Brian once a year, at the OKCA show in Oregon, but I considered him a friend. Here are the two knives I acquired from his collection. I will carry them to the 2026 show in Eugene in memory of Brian. The ivory bead and elk tooth pendant were both carved by Brian.
Please post the knives your purchased from Brian's collection.

This is a Schrade 8OT with Jeffin amber worm groove bones, threaded bolsters and signature Iman patina. It's accompanied by Iman's sleek BPS, which is now a child of the desert living its best life out in Arizona.

Camillus Sword Brand #16 pattern.

And a couple of goodies that Brian sent me for helping him obtain a Case/Bose Norfolk. The carving is an “Ancient Walrus Tooth”. Brian’s exact words.

This one hit the mailbox this afternoon. Extremely happy with it and glad to give it a new home. I’m sure it won’t be a stranger around here.

It's a unique piece. I admire the knot work on it. Is it sharp or...stabby ::shrug:: in any way? Or is it a spike for pushing rope through a knot?

No sharpened edges.
It has a very "sharp" point.
Extremely "stabby".

Schrade+ 175 proving the old adage "What goes around, comes around" as I originally had this one modified by muskrat man then gave it to Brian. Now, it has come back to me 8) ::super_happy::

Schrade Walden 294 proving what we all know and have ample evidence of, that Brian had a good eye for and exceptional taste in knives ::nod::

These are both beautiful blades! It’s also special to have something in your possession that your friend couldn’t take with him. I didn’t know Ivoryman but I bet he’d be tickled to see everyone enjoying his collection. I would be!

::groove:: Here's a gorgeous GEC 47 from Iman's collection. He must have really liked this one, his spirit is strong with it. Kidding, I don't believe in such things. Anyway it appears new, unused and only out of the oiled paper once or twice. I will cherish it always.

Great knives everyone! ::tu:: Brian truly had an amazing collection and it's awesome to see so many members having a piece to keep him in our memories for many years to come. These are some of the beauties I scored, and his spirit is incredibly strong with every one of them. Thanks again, Tom & Cindy, for the opportunity to own such an eclectic group of Beautiful Bones, Stags, & Woods that bring back so many great memories.
