Picked this up a few years ago in some horse trading and have been tossing around moving it along since it’s too big for me to enjoy carrying, which keeps me from really enjoying it. I’m normally a strict collector and almost never sell knives so I’m unsure what this old girl might be worth. eBay numbers are sort of all over the place. I just want to know what a good starting place would be if I list this for sale or trade.
Looks a ‘65-69 6265 SAB with the jigged rosewood(?) scales. Some creative sharpening on the main blade but saber blade seems to have seen little use. No side to side play in either blade and they both snap solidly. Knife is in good shape but obviously far from perfect.
I know it’s nothing super rare or all that interesting but I appreciate anyone’s opinion.
