All About Pocket Knives

National Knife Day 8 /24/2025 , I have several knives but my most cherished is my Grand Fathers CASE XX 6229 1/2 Tad Pole 1940-1964 . My fathers well used CASE 6208 U.S.A 6 dot 1970-1979 ? and CASE XX xxsSSxx USA 63087 1980-89. My dads 6208 has 6 dots double checked with magnifying glass.

I'll observe the day with one of the more unique pieces I have. Bought at a yard sale in Ocean City, MD for a dollar. Seller said it was dug up when they built the house years ago. Obviously hand made. 12 inches long, hammer welded. Wish it could talk. Enjoy your knives and "Happy Knife Day!" J.O'.
