Minature Silver Knife

I just signed up yesterday and have a question about a miniature sterling silver knife I found when I was 10 on the ground at a carnival. I am now 80 and want to know something about it. I hope there's someone who might have an idea as to the maker and it value. There are no markings except for the sterling silver stamp. Attached are a few pictures.

I don't claim this to be definitive, but I see a lot of similar mini pocket/fob knives with engraved sterling silver handles (stamped "STERLING"), and similar engraving style, that were made in Japan (marked "JAPAN" or "TOKYO"). If you found it 70 years ago, that would put the year as 1955. It's certainly possible the Japanese were producing such knives around that time.

All of the knives pictured below are marked "JAPAN", as well as "STERLING" on one handle (not necessarily the handle side pictured).

These two have nail files of the same design as the one on your knife. I wonder if this file design is unique to Japanese knives. But again, I'm not claiming this to be definitive.
