Yes, that is the one. It has a lot of wear in the joint and spring. And the way the split scale locks work always causes extra friction that effects the snap. So even though it does not have a lot of snap, it is still a neat old knife. I found the pattern number 11849 in one of my books that appears to be correct for this. The stag pieces I had were an almost perfect fit. I did some straightening to the brass liner lock and peened it a little to lengthen it to tighten things up and it works pretty good. Did you get liner lock too work? Does it have snap now?
