That is probably going to be a tough one to get a blade, spring, and the correct liners with bolsters to make a complete knife. I have a bag of Schrade parts with some springs, but I know the knives as 8 OT, 34 OT, and so on. Another thing that needs to be considered is are the blades you are looking at already heat treated? The numbers that they use appear to be internal catalog numbers for the website, and you are correct in that it relates to nothing from the Schrade company, as far as I know. Whenever I figure out what a blade fits, I write that down on a list that I have. It is incomplete, but I have identified a handful of the blades.
I use them to replace broken blades in Schrade knives. I don't believe that I would use them to build a knife from scratch, personally, but with enough work you could probably do so.
