A friend of mine found this knife when he was cleaning out his Moms estate.
I don’t know anything about it. There aren’t any markings on the knife. If anyone has any information I can pass along it would be appreciated.

There are many such knives to be found online, and they are attributed to a variety of different countries depending on who's selling them. Some say Turkey, others Yemen, others Morocco, etc, etc. And they are referred to by a variety of names of different Arabic and African knives, like Jambiya and Shibriya, again, depending on who's selling them.
The ones pictured below are stamped "INDIA", as are several others I have seen.
It's probably just a tourist knife.
