I have a box set of two blue ridge trappers, etched blades, Case XX in a flip top hard box, marked 1 of 300. Were these made by Case as a set and would anyone know the value, etc?

Hi roycw,
Welcome to the forum! Do you know when these knives were made? What is stamped on the tang? Are they 6254's?
Thanks,
Bryan

Is there a stamp on the tang of the blade that looks like one on this page...?

If so, how many dots? I am going to guess they are late 80's...?
