Without pictures we really will not be able to help you very much.
Clear, in-focus pictures of the knife opened and closed, front and back, plus a closeup of the tang stamp are usually best.

We’d like to see your knife, but information about most Case (and other brands) can be found by clicking on “Research” in the header at the top of this page. After the page opens, scrolling down from there you can find links to tutorials containing information about patterns, pattern numbers and how to decipher the numbers in them, how to determine the knife’s age from the tang stamps, and so on.
