Hey friends,
I have this knife that I am struggling to date, based on finding 0 information. I checked all my knife books, scoured the internet and nothing. Any insight would be appreciated.
I added two photos to a drive for identification.

Found quite a bit about Bobby Lynn Cargill on Google, made his first knife at age 10.
He started making knives in 1975 and sold his company in '93, if it ain't stamped on the knife that's probably as close as you'll get. If a collector of said knives sees your post they might be able to be more precise.

The best info I could find is that the shop moved to Old Fort, Tennessee in 1987. The shop was in Lockport, Illinois before that.
The pictured knife seems like a subtle design for a Cargill knife. His knives were generally more extravagant based on what I’ve seen of them.
