All About Pocket Knives

Hi There-

Is there a comprehensive book that addresss the early American knife makers of pocket knives? I guess that would cover something like 1890-1930? Or maybe there are a couple different books that do a good job covering such subjects? Looking for books that may cover a number of the early popular brands not just one brand. Thank you for any suggestions.

There are several, but none I know of that were published recently. Levine's Guide to Knives has a chapter with histories of many cutleries. Heres is a thread with some related information.
