Why can I not find these on the internet anywhere??? Any info would help thank you

Pretty sure that brand is a modern Chinese made knife. Sold at places like Big 5 Sporting Goods for about $10.00.

Yes, real typical, 440 on the box. Likely 440 A but they want you to think 440 C. Believe me if it were 440 C it would say so. China (Mainland) does not have the capability of working 440 C. neither does Pakistan, most backward knives I've ever seen.

I have some Barlows that say made in Pakistan on my desk - can be buffed off. Should be worth 40 cents at best.

As you know, for a lot of folks the Balisong style knife is a very desireable knife. So you could probably resell them at a profit without much trouble at all. For myself, I'd be concerned about the quality of the knives. However, I did find this.....

.....so if you can look at them, and they are Japanese made, then they sound like a different class of knife...as well as being older. But, I would want to know that.

Thanks for the info I just Join Blade and the forum has alot of info on this type of knives thanks Hard to post a picture there though not as visual as this site.

I believe the Balisong or butterfly knives are forbidden on eBay. Maybe that's why you're not seeing any of this type.

Yes, I believe they are restricted in some states. Check your current state laws.

Ya their soooo dangerous I heard you can't sell sharpened pencils on ebay, so many laws are so out dated.

These knives are so dangerous that the blades are not sharpened. At least the one I have has not been sharpened. LOL It's fun to play with but won't open an envelope. Mine is made in China also. Never could understand why the blade was not sharpened at all. Nice paper weight tho.

Redferd said "never understand why the blade was not sharpened". Many cheap knives are not sharpened to save cost, after all they are made to sell not to cut. Damm shame what America has become because we shop for price not value.

thanks for the link I guess there very collectible I guess I can sell them on Blade fourms after I get a Gold membership. They were made in Japan in the 80's The left one sells for 150-200 and the Black will go for at least 70. What a nice suprise that was thank you again
