Hello all, I have attached photos of an old wallkill river works slipjoint and honestly know nothing about it or what it’s worth. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Welcome here, LangstonM.
It appears you have a Wallkill River Works, Mother of Pearl pen knife. Used but not abused.
Goin's encyclopedia says it was made from 1920-1931 as a second line to New York knife Co. "Hammer brand".
I have two Wallkill folders. As a second line they are very well built knives as I'm sure yours is.
I hope both of your covers are intact. With the condition of your blades value is not high.
