Unknown knife??

Hi there. I like to find old folding knives.
Does anyone here have an idea what this is? Seems like I’ve seen one before. It came from an old family on the east coast.

Looks like a 19th c.clasp knife made in France judging by the crescent shaped nail nick. Bone or horn handles and fairly large.
