Here is a Rare Romo with Arrow New York Elephant Toe made 1917-20 made by Utica for Romo. Beast & Beaut of a knife!

I am seriously impressed by this knife. Almost new.

Yes I am quite surprised in its condition as well, if wasn’t for slightly sharpened main blade and used some it would had been new. Secondary blade is factory and never used!

I checked GOINS 1998 edition, and Levine's 2001 edition.
There is no mention of Utica as a manufacturer for ROMO,
or its related companies in any of the descriptions.

That is a very nice knife! It kinda reminds me of a old Camillus Toe I had. I think the mail pull is different. Harold

That is a absolutely gorgeous knife,
I really like the pattern.
The profile on the main blade looks a little like the one on dad’s Crandall. The nail nicks are not the same at all.Though the knife my dad found is beat oh I’m sorry well used.
I have added a picture of the knife that I have posted before.
I enjoy seeing those big knives.

Roger Cunningham says it was made by Utica.
That's good enough for me.

Utica,it has a light "UTK"etch.

Cutsure,also by Utica.

My Camillus doesn't have a match striker pull, but is similar in a lot of other aspects. You guys are posting some sweet ones.

Roger Cunningham says so and showed a Utica so you can compare and also mine is stamped Made in USA.
