I bought a new pocket knife. It also has a fork and a knife on it. I searched for the manufacturer of the knife but couldn't find it. Does anyone know what the markings on the knife mean? Can you help me find the brand of my wheel?

The words stamped on the blade are French. Acier = steel, Anglais = English, and Superieur = Superior. So, “superior English steel”. As for the tang stamp “wheel” as you call it, it appears to be an anchor with crossed keys. I have seen some stamps that are variants, but not that exact stamp, all of them from European makers - German, Czech, Austrian, or ??. Someone here may recognize it. AAPK has members from several countries.
It might be helpful if you post pictures of the entire knife, as some clues from its construction and materials can be useful in identification.

Thank you for your answer. I have two photos of the pocket knife. I am adding them. I think this pocket knife is British Shefield. But I am not sure
