Imperial stainless USA Tang stamp.

Hello all and greetings from South Carolina. I recently purchased an Imperial Tuxedo but I'm having some trouble dating it. The tang stamp is not one I've seen or can find.Both blades are stamped the same Can anyone help please?

Most likely 1960's to 70's.

I thought that the 1960s and 70s stamps had a crown for the dot in the last i?

They used different stamps for these smaller knives and for their keychain and watch fob knives. The larger stamps that you're referring to simply didn't fit on these narrower blades. Anything shell handled would have a likely date range of 40s to 70's with an emphasis on the 60. The faux pearl was big then.
