What is this vintage knife?

I’m curious to learn more about this if possible! I’ve had it for a while and I can never find anything about it!

That style knife is often called a "Funny Folder"

My aged brain spit out, “Flits Knife” when I saw that.
Not sure of the spelling or pronunciation.
They made those as advertising pieces and sold to many companies.
