Interesting French knife Florinox Rostfrei

Friends, I want to share photos of a French knife from the Florinox company.
I have seen similar knives before and they are often in poor condition. This knife is interesting because it has a scraper for removing fish scales with a hook grip and high-quality scissors.
The only thing I don’t know is the age of this knife. I assume that the production period is somewhere around 1950–1960, but I could be wrong. Maybe one of the forum participants will correct me and give me some information?

The Florinox cutlery company from Thiers has its roots in the takeover of a company from 1930 by Roger Morel in 1962. Saint-Rémy-sur-Durolle, the company specialised in pocket knives. His sons Daniel and Michel joined the company in 1969 and 1972 respectively. The company was renamed Florinox in 1990, after moving to the "Zone industrielle" of Saint-Rémy-sur-Durolle. David Morel, Daniel's son, has taken over the management of the company and is continuing the expertise acquired over the years. All Florinox knives are still manufactured in Thiers.
Try contacting the company directly, they may be able to provide an exact date these type knives were manufactured.

Hi, I already wrote to them 4 months ago, but I still haven’t received an answer.

Yeah, some companies don't even bother to respond to questions like this
According to the information I quoted above, the knife would be made from 1990 onward but only the company could corroborate that.

According to the information I quoted above, the knife would be made from 1990 onward but only the company could corroborate that.
It is a pity that the current manufacturer does not answer questions from collectors interested in the history. In my opinion, this does not meet the requirements of customer focus.
