Help identifying

Trying to figure out what this knife is. The only stamp anywhere is Made in USA. Any help would be appreciated!

I think Sears used that stamp at one time. And welcome

That jigging on the plastic covers reminds me of Camillus.

Thanks y'all! I found it after searching for quite a while. I believe it is a camilus. The digging will continue. This was my great grandad's knife.

Made by Camillus, but it is a lower end knife - basically a CAMCO. I have owned a number of them marked like that, sometimes with a tool company (Blackhawk?) blade etch. So very likely made on contract thus they did not use the Camillus or Camco tang stamp.
