All About Pocket Knives

I recently purchased an older two bladed folding hunter knife. It has SEKI 138 on the tang and on the other side 6A-and the word RUGGED on the larger blade-opened it measures 9 inches and appears to have bone handles. I am a new poster-long time reader and don't have the ability to post pictures. Thank you for any information you could provide about this knife. This is a great site.

6-A sounds like the steel type. A Japanese steel for a knife made in Seki, Japan. Quite difficult to identify without some more help. Where did you buy it? Is there a box and/or paperwork?
I think Ontario MIGHT market some things under "Rugged." But, not 100% on that.

Purchased on Ebay no box or paperwork-gave $6 bucks-pretty decent looking knife!

At that pricepoint, MAYBE made for Wrangler...I think they are having some knives made for them in various countries. Just a "STAB" however.
