I just needed to say what a fine group of people we have on this forum. Have great knowledge and willing to learn. I have truly enjoyed this experience. I look forward to plenty more. I also want to thank of you that Have supported me and my endeavors. I hope to make you all proud someday. Watch for the allaboutpocketknives hats at the shows so that we can put faces to names someday. I know i will be looking.

I have to agree, I much prefer talking knives on this forum!
There is a pleasant atmosphere here, which I enjoy.
I have sought answers on "other" sites, and have to say, some people on the internet can potray themselves to be pretty rude.
Great site and Great people, glad it is on my favorites list!

Hi PA, SFC, Everyone for that matter...

I could not agree more about the REALLY great people that have popped up around here. NO doubt about that. Blind luck I guess...??? It's been fun for sure and I think things will only get better.

I'm just trying to do my part keeping up ...putting together more resources and more stuff for us knife people to do on here. I think ...I think we're on the right track...

I'm just now figuring out this here website making nonsense, so look for many more new and improved features and stuff around here as time permits. I have loads of ideas for All About Pocket Knives.

Also, My favorite way to do things is by taking in suggestions from others, so if anybody has anything they would like to see on this site, please shoot me an email and I'll put it on the ever growing "to do" list... [email protected]

AAPK turns 2 years old in April BTW. The forum turns 2 in like october I think...

The list goes on for many hundred, does me no good to just agree, Its that I have no more eloquent words than have already been spoken regarding this site and its constituents. Often I find myself wondering what would so and so say or think about that, then I look and there it is.
Looking forward to spending many years with you young ones and the other fossils also. Just remember to keep a good supply of band aids and if it starts to drop !!! Let it go.

This is the best interactive site I have ever found on the net. At this site, when we share news of a new purchase, or a long sought after find, that news is met with happiness that is shared by all who visit here. I don't feel that I have any competitors here, I have lots of good friendly people who like me have a deep appreciation for collectable knives. I also wear my AAPK hat at every show I attend. Since I'm 6ft.3in. tall, ya'll will have to look up a bit to see it. heheheh

Not much to add other than my appreciation for all the very friendly, helpful, and especially patient members for making us newcomers feel welcome. s-k

p.s. I'm checking-out for awhile to watch the Duke-UNC bball. I think it is tape-delayed so don't tell me the score.

Guys I dont think I can add anything to whats been said, but I would like to thank Bryan for all his hard work, I know this is a time consuming venture and I think he has done a wonderful job with it, I wish him the best of luck with all his future plans for this site or anything else he plans or attempts.

Today I spent some time browsing another (very large) online knife forum. While there was lots of information and some highly knowledgeable individuals to be found there , I came to the conclusions that a) this site is far more user friendly, b) the members on this site are as knowledgeable, but more friendly, respectful, accepting, and patient towards others (even those just starting out) c) I'll be spending most of my time here. Thank-you
