Boker Washboard Split back Whittler

First time poster here, I acquired this boker and I've been trying to find more info on it. I have been unable to find any others like it with the gray/green washboard in the whittler style and with. H. Boker and co on the tang. Thanks for any help

Thanks. I'm 80% sure it's from the 2000s but unsure because of the tang stamp. No other markings on any blades. Soljngen on the badge.

Handle covers look like maybe ram’s horn.

I want to say that Culpeppers sells "Impala jigged" handle materials that looks a lot like that.

I've seen several versions with this same handle. Copperhead style and Trappers but have not found any others like the whittler.
