All About Pocket Knives

This month we have an anonymous donor who has donated before without being anonymous and has also won the monthly giveaway in the past but wanted to donate something special that doesn’t appear too often in the giveaway.

Our anonymous member has donated his Wenger Swiss PocketGrip, new in-the-box with original paperwork, and a nylon belt sheath. The Wenger PocketGrip (earlier named the MiniGrip) is an 85mm Wenger tool based on a regular Swiss Army Knife but with a set of non-folding plier jaws protruding from one end. It was available with either square or needle nose pliers and this one has the square nose. Falling outside the standard SAK profile is the pliers handle, which conceals a set of standard ¼" hex driver bits. While our anonymous donor never put this beautiful multitool into service, he hopes that someone will enjoy it in good health!

Simply click here and select a number between 0 and 999.

You will have until January 31st (6:00 P.M. Eastern) to pick a number, after which entries will not be considered. The Illinois State Lottery evening pick-three drawing will determine the winner on January 31st. The individual closest to the selected number without going over will win. To be eligible to win, you must be 18 years of age and either (a) have made at least 100 total forum posts at the time of entering the monthly giveaway or (b) have previously donated successfully to at least one prior monthly knife giveaway.

The first-place winner will be sent an AAPK PM after the drawing and will have three days to respond with contact and shipping information. If the first-place winner does not respond within three days, the knife will be offered to the next player on the list without going over.

The next-place winner will be sent an AAPK PM, and they will have one day to respond with contact and shipping information. If the next-place winner does not respond within one day, the knife will be offered in the same manner to the next player on the list without going over.

That one is in a lot better shape than the one that I own!
It's a beauty!
Mine was missing the bit holder when I bought it.
But since I already have one, I will opt out this month and increase the chance of someone else owning this unique (and somewhat valuable) SAK.

All arrived well

this is quite a tool and a nice xtra of a AAPK shirt nice. I have sum reading to do sum different than the LM I have been using for thirty years

I will run her thru its paces at work then do a comparison to my other leatherman,Gerber and Buck tool .
