Booth Bros Celebrated Question

I ran across a Booth Bros Celebrated knife on eBay and thought I’d check it against my Goins book. Knowing that even the venerated Goins can make a mistake, I thought I’d throw this one out to you guys so please have a look at the link:

The Booth Bros era in Goins should fall from 1864 to 1913. This knife doesn’t show a lot of wear to be that old, but that’s not unusual for pearl handled knives that tend to be ‘Sunday carries’ only. The stamp as described by Goins appears to be okay and I have nothing else to compare to. But there is nothing in Goins that suggests a Solingen connection and the ‘Rostfrei’ doesn’t fit well with the era either.
I’m NOT saying this is a fake, I have no clue. And since I did find Booth Brothers switchblade England reference on AAPK I thought maybe someone here would know if there were any Booth Bros German imports as well.
