All About Pocket Knives

Hello,
I recently received a Ka-Bar model 1184 2 blade folding hunter. The knife is in great shape except that it is missing the shield. I am hoping that someone on this forum has a shield that they are willing to sell me so I can complete my knife. I have no reference info for the knife so I cannot tell you what the shield should look like. I have attached some pictures to give you an idea of the shape and size of the shield. As usual any help that you can provide is deeply appreciated. Thanks in advance for your attention to this post.

Also, go to fleabay and search "kabar 1184". This will give you specific examples. Then, if you don't get a response of "I have a shield", a shield could be made from a dinner knife from goodwill and a dremel tool.
