I need help with this knife. I tried to edit but this seems the only way. I forgot to say in the title that I need help to identify this knife.

That is an odd one, and cool. I see the word "Garantie" which is French for "warranty", but I can't see the rest of the tang. Can you see more? J.O'.

Karlsbad is obviously a town, "bad' is bath or spring and Sprudel is "sparkling water" in German, so it could be a souvenir. What is the non-metal side made of? O'.

Front handle is a stone mosaic, usually the back handle is plain smooth horn.
I have several of them they were a souvenir of Karlsbad known for its hot springs, tourist attraction Knife.
Nice find

I have two, although the pile side is not embossed metal. The larger is horn, and the smaller seems to be a synthetic. They are marked FF on the larger (Franz Frenzel) and "Solidus" on the smaller, which was a trademark of that same company. It may be that more than one company made knives for this market, so unless it's marked, there's no guarantee that your knife was made by the same company.
