Another odd “SAK” by Colonial

I found another Swiss army style knife by Colonial at the flea on Sunday. I’ve never seen this model before, and it’s made of almost exactly the same quality as a Victorinox.
It has an odd saw like tool that isn’t sharp. I’m thinking it may be a disgorging tool (last photo)Does anyone know this model?

And here.
I was confused by the scaler that looks like a saw too, but I'm pretty sure that's what it is.

That sure looks like a saw blade but as a forward motion cutter, which would be fairly dangerous on a non-locking blade.
Couldnt find any good examples, saw a few listings with the same blade but no good reference to what it is, and one looked quite a bit duller than yours. Does it have any "bite" when rubbed towards the knife? A fish scaler also makes sense but its an odd design in any case

Ahha, took another look and found this. Stated by Colonial as a wood saw... this one for sale on the bay.

Definitely not a saw. Absolutely smooth not sharp teeth. I thought it might be for removing fish hooks. Fish scaler most likely as someone stated.

Well, Its a saw just not a good one, lol. May have been intentionally unsharpened. But says it right there on the card along with the model number.

How strange.
Definitely a saw.
Definitely wouldn't function as a saw.
Would work as a scaler, but has no degorger.
I have thought about sharpening mine, but I never really need either tools, so now it's just kind of a scraper that I use to spare the blade the chore.
