All About Pocket Knives

Hi, I am new to collecting,& I wanted to know if there were any books available on Camillus knifes, looking for information, pictures, price lists etc. Thanks

I don't know of any books that really do justice to Camillus. But then Camillus wasn't really about making lots of collectable knives. More about users and contract work. But, that's JMO.

There are a couple of long time Camillus employees who check in the Knife Lore forum. If you have specific questions, you might try there.

im new to and dont know of a book.by chance did you make it to the camillus closing.im just guessing because of the specifics you need all of a sudden such as price lists and pictures. most folks who need price lists and pictures are trying to find a book value for resale.

did you go to closing? id be interested in a knife i new came directly from that closing let me know.if you went i hope you took pics of factory. i would love a pic of the building.id blow it up and keep it with camillus collection. what another member said is true to.camillus didnt really make to many so called collectable knives.they made contracted knives.war knives etc. so the value in my experience is normally determined by the person buying it not selling it. ive seen camillus sell for 1.00$ and ive seen them sell for 100.00$ im sure folks have paid more.once again let me know if you were at the closing of camillus. i have been seeing a rush of questions on different sites -about camillus and $values$.
