All About Pocket Knives

Main Question is Authentic or Couterfeit, I don’t have in hand yet and have never owned an Excelsior before. But I was told good and was told bad, I am looking to get more information and thoughts. Thanks for looking and helping!

Not a knife you see very often. I had one a while back. The tang stamp was like the one you have. Your knife has been cleaned up some. Blades look good. I think it is a nice one. Harold
