A new one from eBay - odd handmade slip joint any ideas?

This one just arrived from eBay - not really sure what I have here - something cobbled together from various factory parts or something completely handmade. Workmanship is not so hot, but they did seem to be on the right track of making a heavy duty serviceable working type of knife.
It’s about 4 1/4” long closed. Three implements. Sadly the center spring is broken. The liners appear to be brass with copper bolsters. No markings that I can see of any sort. Unknown plastic or low quality wood product handles. The bolsters and handles are pinned on in random patterns.
See photos - any ideas to origins on this? Based on the patina, I’m thinking this is 1960’s or older probably made sometime between 1920’s and 1960’s by my guess.
