Showing a miniature knife 2 1/4 inches closed....This 2-bladed knife has beautiful; light smokey pearl handles...
both blades are marked...( A.C. in a circle)... The knife is well- made looks and functions great
This small knife could be easily be lost due to it's size; it has no bail to attach to a chain ect...
therefore; What is the purpose for making this small knife?
I did look up the A.C. trademark in Blades guide to knives & their values pg.56 which instructed me to see Albert Coles
he was an American silversmith who made silver fruit knives in the New York area in 1836-1880
no reference shows any knives of this type made by him...
Hopefully somebody has more information on this knife
