Showing is a small pearl handle knife...the knife is two and three quarter inches closed; The knife is stamped on all four blades (Superior Cutlery)
No country of orgin...the knife is in decent condition; but does have crack across the back handle doesn't hurt because it all there and stable
the most unique thing about the knife is the handles and long bolsters which I would call fluted or grooved three on each side go the length
of the knife....I looked in Goins Encyclopedia and all the information I could find was just the name; so I guess the knife was made before 1890
I'm sure other knives are there and wouldn't mind seeing them
Thanks for looking

Likely German made in the 1920-1930 era. Long bolsters were used to cut down use of pearl.

Yeah I can see the long bolsters used to cut down on the pearl..
Do you have any idea why the grooves are in the handles and bolsters?
Could it be for strength or maybe looks; signature..ect...
Thanks
