4 line novelty figure knife ID

Bought this 4-line today. Can't make out the figure. It appears to be some kind of soap-box racer or motorcycle. The handles are shaped at the head end? It's in really nice shape except for the obliterated figure. Anyone recognize it? Thanks J.O'.

Thanks Bob. I had found the info earlier. Wish the picture wasn't faded, but it's a survivor. Blades and snap are great.

Wow!! I just noticed it went for $382.00 !! Heck, I'd sell my faded one for 1/4 of that!
