Can anyone read all this PL Schmidt tang stamp?

Any help with the tang stamp on this vintage miniature 1.5" razor knife? - I think it says "PL SCHMIDT" on the top line. Which I assume stands for Peter Ludwig Schmidt. No idea what the rest is... I took several angles & reflections that hopefully help. Other side of the blade says "XX Mark".
Thanks in advance for any leads!

It is possible that it reads "Tschechoslowakei", which is German for Czechoslovakia?

Thanks!! I think we have a winner!
I didn't consider a word may be broken up over two lines and in German spelling. Strangely they put "IA" at the end rather than the correct way in German. I took another pic with a digital microscope to make it more clear.
I see where Peter Ludwig Schmidt made razor knives in Solingen, Germany around 1896-1912. But can't find anything about making "XX Mark" knives in Czechoslovakia.
