http://cgi.ebay.com/OLD-VINTAGE-HSB-REV ... dZViewItem I've always wondered where Hibbard,Spencer and Bartlett got the Rev-o-noc name. Is it just a coincedence that it spells Conover backwards. Like in Richards and Conover. Where these cutlery companies connected?

i did some research in the past, but couldnt come up with anything. the knife posted above is one of the many i'm selling to pay Uncle Sam for the money he let me make last year.

according to goins, rev-o-noc was a tribute to charles h. conover, from h.s.b. & co.
