Case knife value

Hi to everyone new to the case part of this site. I have I believe a 75th anniversary case knife set in the walnut display case stag handles still in original cardboard box. Original owner. Just wondering what something like that is valued at?? Thanks

Several sets have been sold recently on eBay. Should give you a ballpark value.

Graybeard, coincidentally there is an article in the August 2024 issue of Knife Magazine by knife appraiser/dealer/author Bruce Voyles titled “The Not-So-Limited Stag Sets”. He says of the 75th Anniversary set “value for a complete set is around $800”. There were seven knives in the set - 5375, 5207, 5208, 52109x, 5235-1/2, 5244, and 5318.
I just read the article and remembered you had recently asked about the value.
For those interested in the Case stag sets, the author describes them and gives his opinion of values for each set.
