Damascus Lockback Case

New to your forum.
Recently came across a Case Damascus Lockback.
Couldn't find any info with exact dating system or model number at this site.
It has Stag scales
Polished bolsters with long tailed C, #282 above tail and XX below tail
Tang = CASE (lightning bolt S) XX
