Once again Ken thank you. Got it now. Been on here a couple years and have never been able to find it & it was right in front of my face. Mine has a slider that you can move lart to right to change it.

Great info Ken. I actually found some of the info I was looking for in my 3rd edition. Maybe I will look for a 4th edition at some point. It contains just about every known knife pattern, but not in chart form. It has chapters about different patterns including their historical backgrounds, with descriptions and pictures of the variants. Unfortunately out of print but copies can be found at on-line used book sellers like www.abebooks.com. All editions are good, the 4th Edition is pricey, the 5th Edition is the same as the 4th except for the price guide (which is long obsolete anyway). The main reason IMHO for the popularity of the 4th edition is that Levine had a snit over the 5th edition with the publisher and slandered it. I have both editions - there are few differences and in fact most of the contents are identical.
