I cannot make out the full details in your picture, but here is what I think that I see:
The single-blade (Russlock, maybe?) was made in 2002 or 2003, if I am reading the tang stamp correctly.
I cannot make out enough details on the Trapper knife to know the year, but since it is the same style font it is probably of similar age.
I believe that the blades on both are Stainless Steel.
The "Tested XX" shield is one that I have not seen often, but then I am no Case expert.
Both are very nice looking modern production knives.

Go to eBay or Google and search for Case silver script knife and look at the pics that come up. You can find some that are very similar to yours. If use Google search, then click on images below the search bar.

Ebay is your answer. Also look at the base of the main blade as there will be info there....and then check dates here

You can also search here on AAPK. Type silver script into the search box - top right. Many come up.
