Tiny Czechoslovak Pen Knife.

Heya, it has been a while since I posted, but I acquired a curious little pen knife and thought someone here might have more information on it.
The big question is, when was this made, pre or post Second World War? This is a delicate little knife, the blade small enough to really be a novelty. That leads me to believe it isn't a cold war era command economy knife, but I could be wrong. Now that I think about it, I think Mikov was making knives for export to the West all through the Communist period anyway, so maybe I really don't have much to go on. Any insight is appreciated.
- Stamp only says Czecho-slovakia. Very slim, scales are just flat plastic/celluloid.
- Nail nick on both sides. The little extensions poking out the bottom are for extending the other tools.
- Blade isn't really sharpened at all.
- Oh, almost forgot, the nail cleaner (i think) and this tiny little spoon are included too. I don't know what the little spoon was intended for. Maybe snuff or other uh... nasal consumables.
