The kmwww list the No 63 as westerns first fix blade put into production (1928) .The 1931 catalog pages show 4 No. 63 in bone . I have only one the knife with the “scaler” .the scaler knife disappears in the 1936 catalog pages so I really don’t know how many were produced ? Also in the 1931 catalog pages the No 263 ,G253, 63GSG. are listed .Uf you have any of the No 63 knifes I would like to see them posted on this thread .Thanks !

Thanks.I have been looking for a. No 63. that suited me for about 5 years on eBay .Most offerings were the dreaded celluloid that had seen better days .The few nice bone ones I lost in bidding wars + 200 $ .I won this one what I would consider a bargain price. the added bonus scaler blade and nice sheath to boot sweetened the deal .also the knife came from AAPK member Courtney (knife girl ) .I have her on my sellers list now and would no hesitate to do more business with her in the future. Thanks knife girl !
