I have a fellow knife trader who has fake Benchmades to use and does not sell them . He also knows a source for completely unmarked or "sterile" Benchmades, mostly Osprey pattern, but zero markings not even blade steel. The grinding is perfect, not molded especially the blade spine . Beautifully made , but again no markings. Has anyone else seen these ,if they were faked they would be marked in a marked box. These come in a plain small black box. Any opinions are appreciated

Fakes should all be destroyed.

Your friend does not have a source for Benchmades. Unmarked knock offs or copies are not fakes. Remember the zillions of Buck 110 knock offs and copies that were sold during the height of the 110's popularity? While I bought a real 110 most of the copies with respected brand names like Schrade and Camillus were pretty good substitutes for those who valued their dollars for other things. Many unbranded ones did not have satisfactory steel or heat treatment. Try one if you like but if you presume similar shape equates to similar steel you'll likely be disappointed.
